Workshops
Hosting hands-on sessions is a big part of what we do so that girls gain exposure to different trades in the construction industry. Generally, class sizes are small—around 10–15 women or girls—and sessions are held quarterly.

GRIT invites girls (10–14) to a hands-on workshop with experienced female pre-apprentices, to build and decorate their very own bird houses.
